Our garments are returnable within 7 days of receiving the product. The product needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition for a successful return. The product can be shipped back in original packaging; however, if you do not have it, you can wrap the same in waterproof packaging and return it to us.
The refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 3–4 business days of receiving the returned product. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
It usually takes 5–7 days for the shipment to reach its destination. However, note that this time may vary based on the weather and reachability of the delivery location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Free shipping is available across India.
Our premium knitwear is designed to maintain its shape and softness. We recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying and wringing. Store folded, not hanging, to preserve the shape.
